Dinner: Steak Stew with Stout

Friday

Breakfast:  French toast w/ bacon or sausage. Pancakes w/ bacon or sausage and scrambles eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage with the option of cheese(scrambles are on all breakfast menus)

Lunch:  Roman lunch, a variety of meats cheeses and bread and a sandwich bar (this is lunch through the entire event)

Dinner: Boneless BBQ pork ribs BBQ chicken breast or  w/ BLT salad.

Saturday

Breakfast: Biscuits and Sausage Gravy or Skillet Scrambles (sausage or bacon)

Lunch: Roman Lunches

Dinner:Rat loaf (cheese meatloaf shaped like a rat) w/ broccoli and a bake potato bar. Bow tie pesto w/ chicken or bay shrimp and garlic bread.

Sunday

Breakfast: Monte cristo (French toast sandwich w/ ham and swiss)

Lunch: Roman Lunches

Dinner: Smoked brisket w/ baked potato salad, Or pulled pork sandwich w/ coleslaw
